So anyway I was having a thought about my ‘religion’ you could say today.

I want to say that I call myself ‘Christian’. I believe that there’s a God and I believe in Jesus. It’s why I wear a cross around my neck.

My view on christianity, personally I don’t know if its true, im a very open minded…

gowie: Sure its gives hope thats there better place where no one suffers but like an exclusive night club it has a bouncer out the front only unhitchin the velvet rope for a certian niche of people and turning away anyone whos different i.e buddhists, muslims, gays, atheists and forcing them down to a seedy alley bar where they are likely to be bashed and raped. So how is this diffent to any other form of genocide thats taken place in the past? accept that cause the bible says if your gay you will go to hell, or the bible says if u believe something different you will go to hell it is a widely accepted fate.

Also it puts humans down saying we are all sinful creatures who must beg for forgiveness to be allowed up those hallowed stairs. Im not denying everyone sins or that we shudnt acknowledge it but why must we apoligise for who we are? So its nice to dream of a place where everyone is accepted and loved but not even the bible promises such a place. Even the bible is based around greed, that the life we have been given isnt enough there has to be, we need more, we want more. so people go to church, they get on their knees nd pray nd in turn feel that they are high nd mighty themselves allowin them to discriminate nd pity others as they please.

Respect bred from fear is imprisonment, respect bred from love is complete freedom. so either way i dont care how we came to be all i know is that to live my life is enough for me.
